The main goal of our private city-center walking tour is for you to become familiar with the main elements central to the heart of Oaxaca’s culture and contemporary life.  We have designed it to be a deep but basic orientation to regional culture and everyday life.

For foodies we’ll spend more time sampling local specialties in three markets, while crafts lovers might choose to spend more time learning about the process and origins of Oaxaca’s many crafts.

For visitors more interested in visual arts, we can visit contemporary art collectives, an art library, and a cultural center … and beyond our plans, the streets of Oaxaca always hold some surprises through their constantly changing murals.
